A Great Workout for Every Age!
SilverSneakers classes were created to keep your heart healthy with this low-impact aerobic senior workout program designed for all fitness levels. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seating support – enabling you to participate through gentle movements guided by our certified instructors. You will Increase Coordination, Flexibility and Feel Better.
